Home Inspection Website Design Services
A home inspector’s website is a very important part of what the inspector has as a business tool. A website is just that though – a business tool. Long gone are the days of the Yellow Pages where you can just buy a spot and people find you. Now your website speaks for you, and people can actively engage you and see quite a bit about you on there. See some examples of home inspection websites here at Full View Home Inspection Websites. You can also see some here: Inspector Toolbelt Website Design for Inspectors.
So what should a home inspection website include? It’s not just an electronic business card – it is a view into a home inspector’s business. How he operates, what his values are, what his qualifications are, and much more. This blog talks about what makes a good home inspector. It is good information to read on that blog, as it helps to show that a good home inspector has certain qualities – but those qualities should show through on their website too.
A good home inspection website will do several things. First, it will introduce you to the home inspector and his company. Things like their background, who they are overall, what particular skills they have, and things like that.
Then it should show you what services they offer. Obviously home inspections, but then there are services like radon testing, water testing, and other services that they may offer. They should also clearly outline where they serve.
They should also describe their home inspection to an extent. A home inspection is very complex, and really can’t be fully described, but a good website will give you at least the basics. Things like what they cover, what areas of the home might not be covered (cable/internet, satellite dishes, and things of that nature for example), and they should also tell you a bit about their reports.
