In this month’s home inspection pictures we see a couple of issues that could definitely have been caught before the home inspection even happened. The first one is a roof gone bad. This one was actually a defective Owens Corning roof from 1996, a bad year for Owens Corning. The second Picture is of a bad service wire and a rusted meter box because of moisture intrusion.
